Jem attended to assist with a problem with our water pump and water supply. Jem was very thorough in working through and explaining to me the working of the system and gave me lots of information for future reference. Jem was very helpful and solved our issues, was very professional, customer focused and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend Jem and Jetset Plumbing.

I had a blocked toilet which I called Jetset on Saturday. They had Blake come out Saturday morning who advised we had major problems in our ensuite which required the specialist techs to fix. They came yesterday and fixed that issue and also gave our dogs a doggy bikkie ea as I was at work and not able to be there. Definitely a great business and will always use these guys everytime

I would highly recommend this company for their professional and responsive service. The problem was found, fixed immediately and care was taken to ensure no mess was left. Jem also took time to look at the other taps and pipes in the house to make sure there were no other problems.

Jetset responded to my call for help (I live in another state) quickly and efficiently. I needed taps changed/fixed before they caused damage. Matt turned up on time, was extremely helpful with advice and performed the jobs in a professional and friendly way. He took the time to explain why he recommended the action taken and was clearly adept at his trade. Cannot recommend Matt and the team at Jetset highly enough.

Service was great all round, called the guys at Jetset (first time), organised a booking for the following day which was quick, with a 2 hour window, Matt was there at the start, got straight to work (blocked sewer main) found and advised me that the problem was tree roots and how he was going to fix it, fixed it, checked everything was flowing when we was finished, cleaned up and packed up, so easy. good friendly service from the phone call to the job done, will recommend these guys

Quick service from an initial phone call to a plumber (Michael) arriving. He had a challenging fix (very stuck tap) but had all tools and solutions at hand. Payment was easy with an iPad invoice. Little things such as dog treats, their world vision sponsored kids, and how the company cares for its employees did not go unnoticed. Later on we received a thoughtful note and gift thanking us for trusting in them. We are impressed with the whole experience JetSet plumbing provided and will highly recommend to others.
