I have used Jetset on more than one occasion and I am always very happy with the work. In particular, Rylee! Rylee has gone above and beyond for me during my mini bathroom reno. He was open and honest with the quote and the amount of work, he adapted the quote when I changed my mind on a few things last minute. Communication with Rylee was fast and easy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jetset but would suggest they request Rylee for the job! Thanks mate!

Mark was extremely professional, personable and punctual. He clearly communicated what was required to be repaired and quoted an accurate price prior to the commencement of work. Booking online was simple and received a call within the hour to confirm details of booking.

10/10 - Dead simple. I can’t say enough good things about the level of service provided by Jetset Plumbing. Rylee sets the benchmark for what you should expect from a high quality tradesperson, and then operates 5x over that. It’s ridiculous. If the man ever changes trades, I’m hiring him. Every single thing he did around the house is neat, tidy and perfectly executed. First impressions always speak the loudest and Rylee arrived right on time, in a nicely presented and maintained Jetset Plumbing Van, decked out head to toe in a clean and colourful Jetset Plumbing uniform (he instinctively removed his boots before walking indoors and even his socks had the Jetset logo), and was carrying high quality Milwaukee tools. I’ll certainly be referring anyone who needs a plumber to contact Jetset!

Today I had a lovely young gentleman named Riley, repair my very old bath tapes and kitchen taps, that I have not been able to use, for such along time. As I couldn't not get the tapes off in the bath area they had ceased up. Not only did he get them off, with care and replaced them, nothing was any trouble to him. Also I have arthritis in my hands, and Riley suggested, a mixer tap, for the kitchen, as they need replacing any way. I was so happy with the work Riley did and so gratefull, I now have water in the kitchen. Such a pleasant, understanding and listening young man. Would recommend him to everyone. Also cleaned up after himself, looks fantastic.

I used Matt and Mark to fix a blockage to our sewer system in our old 70s build house. The age of the property meant there were several spots where the investigation was difficult to get to and there were problems probably there for years under the previous owner's. Matt was incredibly professional, friendly and accommodating in every aspect of his service. From finding the issue, breaking down my options and arranging the quote in sections for me to decide what to do. In the end I got everything done for peace of mind, and Matt turned around the job really quickly. The work is incredibly professional, and he was even able to restore a retaining wall that needed to be taken down for excavation. Excellent service all around, very happy to recommend Matt and Jetset plumbing.
