We experienced a blocked drain at our new build townhouse and engaged Jetset Plumbing to assist. They were in attendance within 3 hours, sourced and identified the problem, had the right equipment to completely resolve our issue and went above and beyond when it was clearly an issue effecting the entire complex. Highly recommend!

I had a concealed leak underground below the concrete and Jetset Plumbing got it tested the first 24 hours and fixed the leak the next day. Unfortunately, the coaxial cable was accidentally cut because it was right below the concrete (15-20cm from the surface, it should be about 50cm). Jetset Plumber organised an electrician to fix it for me on the same day. Nice people to deal with, I would highly recommend them
I had Chris and Nathan came to relocate gas and water pipes for my new deck. They initially had one of the pipe a bit too high for the beam, I discussed with them and I had it fixed straight away. Overall, they did a very good job. Thank you Chris and Nathan

Could not be happier with our service from Rylee. Same day service request, I wasn’t even expecting someone could come out but within an hour our plumber has called ahead to say he was on the way - and was friendly and professional from the word go. Our issue turned out to be a problem with the electrical (hot water system) not the plumbing. Even so, Rylee went out of his way to not only explain the issue but organise and electrician to come out that same afternoon and sort it out for us. It ended up being an Energex issue but thanks to Rylee and the electrician he organised, we had hot showers on this winter night instead of being left waiting for answers and solutions for days. If I could give 6 stars I would :) these days good service is hard to find but is greatly appreciated.

Second time we’ve used Jetset. Always punctual and courteous. On this occasion Mike was the plumber who dealt with a number of our requirements. Excellent results. Would not hesitate to use again and will recommend.

Big Thank you to Matty for coming out and sorting our excess water bill! Very big and messy job but Matty was smiling the whole time, was even able to trtrack down and show me how to fill in the forms needed for a council rebate!

After installing toilet suite, shower kit and taps, the toilet recommended by Glenn fit neatly back in the old toilet floor space and the water pressure in the ensuite was resolved so we can enjoy using the shower again. Thanks Jetset Plumbing.

Used Jetset on 2 separate occasions.
1. Clearing and repairing damage in pipes from tree roots growing.
Stuart had very clear communication. Got the job done promptly and efficiently.
2. Replacing hot water system.
Glen also had very clear communication. Got the job done quickly.
Very happy with both plumbers. Would definitely recommend Jetset.

We were very impressed by the quick response from Jetset Plumbing. The lady I spoke to from the office was extremely pleasant and informative. We had a toilet replaced and a leak repaired under the bathroom vanity. Rylee's workmanship was excellent and he cleaned up after completing the work. The price was very reasonable and we will definitely be using this 5 star service again.

Jetset Plumbing are absolutely serious about getting it done and getting it right quickly and efficiently. They let you know exactly what the problem is, what needs to be done to fix it and approximately how long it will take and what it will cost. Then they do the job and deliver on time and within budget.
