Matt arrived on time. Very polite respectful and knowledgeable. My wife is Japanese and he respectfully removed his boots when he came into our house which is normal for us. Matt assessed the problem, provided options and accurate quotes which was to install a new hot water system. He also took the time to educate me on pressure release valves which I was not in the know about. He advised he could get it all done that day and was finished by about 1pm. Which included some other smaller jobs in the house. What a professional guy he was and would have no hesitation at all in recommending Jetset. I chose them because of their review that were very good yet Matt still managed to exceed my expectations. It was a pleasure to deal with such professional man. Well Done Matt. We are all very happy, system is great, toilet is great and happy wife. Happy life.

I had Stuart out to repair my toilet and he was so friendly and polite. He explained what the issue was and have two options for repair which he was able to do on the spot. Very efficient and professional. I will definitely be recommending you guys to my friends and family.

This was the third time we have used Jetset. The initial booking was done online. I was contacted by the office within 15 minutes to advise the day/time requested was not available. Another time was booked. Rhys contacted us on the day early, to say he was in the area and would it be convenient to come earlier than booked. Rhys was attentive to our requirements and issues with the job. He listened! In the end we were very happy with the job done, the professional attitude and pleasantness of Rhys. This seems to be the common theme from the 3 trades people we have had from Jetset. It seems whatever Jetset might promote in their advertising, their trades people also follow suite. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Thanks to the team for fix a long-term issue we have had with drainage. Jem, set the job up, then Josh Chester and Tyler (apprentice) completed the work. Very professional and polite, worked hard and clean, and were on time as booked. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys.

These guys have really helped me over the years. A few trade professionals have over charged me. Not these guys at Jetset always reasonably priced with a high quality of workmanship. Today Matt and Tyler helped out with my hot water system, giving a repair, explanation, referral and advice in regard to replacement so I can save up for a new hot water system. Thanks guys 😀

this plumbing company is the gold standard by which all others should be following.An emergency leak was fixed in a couple of hours from original call, with Stuart coming down from" Brizvegas" to Mermaid beach and calling with traffic updates. incredible. Three other companies couldn't do the job. But Jetset were fabulous And after sales just as amazing.. Don't even think of getting any other plumber!!!! Robbie
