Bang on time to appointment, flexible booking options provided on initial call and great communication skills throughout. Jessy did a fantastic job with the hot water plumbing and provided some customised external water installations and took considerable care not to leave any mess behind and overall a very tidy looking install to suit my specific requirements. Had to ring up next day with a concern I had and company were extremely accommodating in dealing with the issue and no hesitation in getting someone out to double check if needed.

Had Matty out and he really took the hassle out of a stressful situation. We had a Burst main under concrete and let's just say expectations were exceeded. Completely unrelated to plumbing, but before he left, but even helped me set up my new samsung phone (I had only dealt with iPhones previously) didn't notice until later but he even put the contact for Jetset Plumbing with a picture of the jetset van out the front for the contact card on my new phone! 👌
