Mick was punctual, personal, friendly and most helpful. What I appreciate is when a tradesman arrives on time, they see potential risks and alert you to them and are only too happy to recommend what you need to do. Mick did all of this, and actually rectified our potential future risk to our home ,which could have cost us dearly in potential damage , inconvenience and cost. What a great company. They took the headache out of our renovation that had become a nightmare. The workmanship that Tony did was outstanding. He gave expert advice and offered cost saving solutions so that we could access a more efficient hot water system. I would definitely use this company again.

Great friendly service Mike was very professional. We were given a time a frame and were contacted by it. Our upstairs bathroom had a blockage. The work was completed in a clean professional way. He explained the process and how to prevent it from reoccurring. Happy to recommend the service.

Had Matty out and he really took the hassle out of a stressful situation. We had a Burst main under concrete and let's just say expectations were exceeded. Completely unrelated to plumbing, but before he left, but even helped me set up my new samsung phone (I had only dealt with iPhones previously) didn't notice until later but he even put the contact for Jetset Plumbing with a picture of the jetset van out the front for the contact card on my new phone! 👌

We have used Jetset Plumbing a number of times for major works, including a repair of tree root invested sewer most recently. The performance of this company is excellent and they keep their customers well briefed on progress and proposed actions. To fix the sewer problem, they used some German technology that I suspect many other plumbers may not even have heard of. Overall an excellent job from a team of highly competent professionals.
