Can’t thank Joe enough today for providing options for all budget's, was able to answer all my questions. Allowing me to make the best decision and was able to complete the hot water installation in a few hours . We have used Jetset several times and recommend.
I chose JetSet based on the excellent reviews and they did not disappoint. The booking process was seamless and plumbers were available within a couple of days. Rylee and Jesse attended our home and went above and beyond not only to fix the issue we were having quickly and efficiently, but were a wealth of knowledge and gave great advice about some planned upgrades to our bathrooms and kitchen. Communication before, during and after the work was completed was also exceptional. I suspect JetSet’s price is a touch higher than some other outfits however, I have no doubt that we paid for what we got - absolute quality. We’ll definitely use JetSet again in the future and highly recommend to others.
I highly recommend Kye and Dan. Their professionalism and transparency regarding the cost to fix plumbing issues is second to none.
From the initial visit by Jem, to the ordering of parts and supply of quote, the whole process was seamless.
