It is unusual in this day and age not to be able to fault a service. From the first phone call to the time Blake left there was nothing left to chance. The call to let you know he was on the way was well with in the time frame. The quote was firm and reasonable without a call out fee. The work was professional and no effort was spared to ensure the finished result was completed to a high standard. The necessary follow up work was promised and I have not a doubt that it will be dealt with as efficiently as the rest of the job. Septic pipe repairs can be a very unpleasant experience so once I saw the broken pipe, I booked in with Jetset for a quote and repair knowing that whoever attended to the job would be professional, courteous, and competent. Josh and his colleague did a fabulous and super fast job all the while ensuring that I understood the process and was satisfied with the completed work. Thanks so much Josh!

I contacted Jetset Plumbing for a leaking outdoor tap and they noticed that my Hot water was rusted and could have exploded at any time They were able to get a new one and swap it over in the same day I was very pleased at how professional they were and were quick to arrive on the same day and do the work required I would use them again for any further plumbing work needed and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great job and fast call out

Joseph from JetSet plumbing was most helpful and polite left the job tidy after extensive earth works, all plumbing work was shown to me before back filling . Job was done to a high standard. We are extremely happy with the service provided by Matt Christie from Jetset Plumbing. Recently, we needed a blocked drainage pipe at the front of our property fixed. We had previously been told that it had been broken by tree roots and would need to be dug up and replaced, a very expensive undertaking. We asked Jetset to send someone out to assess the problem and Matt came out very soon after. Matt quickly assessed that the pipe was just blocked by debris and didn't need to be replaced. He was also able to pinpoint the cause of the blockage and suggest ways to avoid it happening in the future. Matt removed the blockage in a very fast and cost efficient way, thus saving us a considerable amount of money. He was very thorough and ensured that the area around where he was working in was left as clean as he found it. Matt is fantastic at his job and his customer service skills are second to none. He was clearly concerned about getting the best result for us. He was very skilled and knowledgeable, highly efficient, friendly, courteous and personable. We highly recommend Matt himself and Jetset Plumbing as well! Thanks so much Matt, we would happily give you and Jetset ten stars out of five if we could!
