Last weekend our laundry flooded our house and the tiolet was full of water. My husband rang Jetet plumbing, and lovely Rylee turned up on a Sunday. I can't express the professionalism of this young man. We had tree roots in our pipes, and I can tell you I thought I was going to be sick as we had just finished a huge reno about year ago, so money was tight. But he gave us options on how to get this fixed without selling a body organ, and I felt like I could take a breath. Rylee turned up the next day at the time he said he would ( I know rare these days for a tradie to turn up and be on time) and fixed the issue with texts to me at work during the day showing me how it was going. I can't express how thankful I was when I got home, and I didn't even have to clean or put anything back, truly amazing, really. Even everything was put back in my laundry tub cupboard exactly how I would put it. (my husband thinks I have OCD). Then I get home yesterday to find a parcel at my door to find these cute little salt and pepper grinders 🥰 love them. Thank you so much Rylee you are a true asset to the company. Jeset plumbing will only ever get my business from now on when I have any plumbing issues. Keep up the great work guys you are an awesome company. 👌

Owen attended to replace a very old flick mixer tap in the kitchen. Showed us options and suggested also putting in separate isolation valves for easier servicing in the future. On time, very professional and quality work as usual!
