Get these guys superhero capes! I’m so thankful to Blake, Stuart and earth moving helper, David, for rescuing my home from a blocked drain situation, repairing the sewer lines and keeping me involved and informed throughout the whole process. Blake arrived in the rain and quickly got the drains unblocked. He’s incredibly personable and was so good at explaining (and showing me) the tree root issue and pipe breaks. Only after we talked through it all and I was comfortable with the options, Blake had the rest of the crew organised for the excavation work. The team turned up right on time and set to work. Not only that, by the time they left some hours later, they had replanted my pawpaw tree, laid more soil down on my lawn that the bobcat had driven over and tidied up everything beautifully, including giving it all a seeding and water. Throughout the process, the team was professional, reassuring and provided excellent service. I’ll certainly be recommending JetSet Plumbing. Congrats to the team for being such proud supporters of World Vision too. It’s great to deal with a company with a passion for their work and for others.

The plumber arrived on time and was very polite . He explained exactly what he needed to do and the cost for each thing that might need to be done and explained his findings when he finished we were very satisfied with the service we received

I highly recommend Jetstar plumbing they were extremely efficient when I first called them and book me in for a service ASAP. Jason turned up exactly on time was extremely personable and explained what the problem was and cost. He had to go to the trouble of going and getting a special part and was back straight away and fixed the problem. So refreshing to have a trades person turn up and they say they will and solve your problem with the minimal of fuss or interruption. Will certainly use the again if needed.

The service to get my blocked sewer cleared was first class. On site within a few hours of calling and the work was completed promptly and professionally. All aspects of the job were explained carefully before Jem started the process and a thorough overview of the situation was provided upon completion. Thanks for getting our pipes running again.

So glad I used this business. I required a quick fix for a blocked sewer line. I was aware of age old issues with an older home and was pleased to receive advice and innovative answers to what was potentially a very expensive problem. I'm pleased to report that the team arrived punctually as promised and had all worked performed on time and in an extremely professional and friendly manner. All rubbish cleared and site clean performed as part of the service. Classy! One fridge magnet I'll keep. I'd be very comfortable in recommending Jetset Plumbing to anyone I know.

This was the second plumber I got out to find the problem. Jem was great - very professional, explained exactly what was happening, what my options were and what to expect next. Problem fixed, at a fair price and one happy customer. These are my go-to plumbers now! Thanks Jem.

I've used this company a few times and always found them to be good. The plumber today arrived on time, explained the problem and fixed it. Great service.
