Used Jetset on 2 separate occasions. 1. Clearing and repairing damage in pipes from tree roots growing. Stuart had very clear communication. Got the job done promptly and efficiently. 2. Jetset arrived quickly and communicated very well. They were extremely efficient and cleared a blockage that happened since the renovations were done 12 years ago. We had various other plumbers out about 5 times in the last 3 years since we moved in, and they cleared blockage but never found the cause of the blockage (gave us all sorts of reasons). I found Jetset to be upfront and honest , not trying to do a quick fix and they are certainly very thorough. Jem was also very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Many thanks Jetset.
