We recently contacted Jetset Plumbing to investigate a water leak. They responded quickly, located the problem and quoted on the spot. Upon acceptance of the quote, the work was carried out the next day. They were extremely efficient and professional when working and the area was cleaned up when the work was completed. Can't recommend Jem and Steve highly enough. We've had continued problems with storm water drainage which culminated into something more serious just before Christmas. the team were very professional, considerate and efficient. Kept me informed and took time to explain options. What impressed me most was after some significant earthworks they restored everything to better than it was before. Great work.

Honestly, I am so impressed with this business. I like to support local when I can, so I called them during the Christmas holidays when our water pressure had gotten so bad, we couldn't even use the tap and shower at the same time. Firstly not only did they answer the phone over the holidays, but the professionalism on the call was surprising refreshing. They arranged the plumber to be on site the next day. The plumber (Chris) called 20 mins out, then arrived on time, was genuinely a good bloke, and then proceeded to just get it done. I can honestly recommend this company, and I have saved them on my phone for future use - I will not go to anyone else from now on.

Nick, Steve, Dave and Blake were amazing. Blake came and looked for the main problem then gave me the quote for repair. They all arrived on time and didn’t miss a beat. I am so happy with their work and craftsmanship. Left my yard in great condition when they left. Best plumbers I have ever had to deal with. Well done guys.
