First time using Jet Set Plumbing and Glen was exceptional. We had an issue with our rainwater tank and pump which kept short-cycling and drawing water from the mains. Glen addressed the issue by relocating the pump into a better position to stop this from happening. So far so good, and saved us from getting a hefty water bill.

They were able to squeeze me into a saturday to fix my hot water system after a phone call the Friday evening before. Everyone i spoke to on the phone and Glen who attended the repairs were polite and professional. Service was great all round, called the guys at Jetset (first time), organised a booking for the following day which was quick, with a 2 hour window, Matt was there at the start, got straight to work (blocked sewer main) found and advised me that the problem was tree roots and how he was going to fix it, fixed it, checked everything was flowing when we was finished, cleaned up and packed up, so easy. good friendly service from the phone call to the job done, will recommend these guys
