Jetsetting to the Gold Coast Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Jetset Plumbing Sydney

1. Promotion Period

The promotion closes at 11:59 PM (AEST) on 27 July 2026. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to New South Wales residents aged 18 years or older.

To be eligible, entrants must either:

• Complete and pay for a plumbing service with Jetset Plumbing Sydney during the promotional period; or
• Be an existing Jetset Plumbing Sydney customer with a completed and paid service history before the closing date.

Employees of Jetset Plumbing Sydney and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

Eligible customers will automatically receive one entry into the draw once they meet the eligibility requirements.

No additional purchase is necessary for existing customers to enter.

4. Prize Details

One winner will receive:

Prize Inclusions

• Return economy flights for two people between Sydney and the Gold Coast;
• Two consecutive nights’ accommodation for two people at or near The Star Gold Coast; and
• AUD $1,000 spending money.

5. Prize Conditions

• Travel must be booked and completed within 12 months of the winner being notified, unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
• Flights and accommodation are subject to availability.
• The winner and their companion must travel on the same itinerary.
• Additional expenses, including meals, transfers, travel insurance, room service and personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
• If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw on 29 July 2026.

The Promoter's decision is final.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the contact details held by Jetset Plumbing Sydney within seven (7) days of the draw date.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, the Promoter may conduct a redraw.

8. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities relating to the giveaway, including the use of their first name, suburb and photographs for marketing purposes.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jetset Plumbing Sydney is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or use of the prize.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used solely for administering the promotion and in accordance with Jetset Plumbing Sydney's Privacy Policy.
