Rhys was absolutely amazing. Kind, helpful and courteous. Couldn't recommend anyone better. Even went to the shop for us and bought my niece and ice cream from the ice cream truck. Got everything sorted in the afternoon and was so lovely to chat to. Thankyou Rhys, you're such a saver. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I called Jetset today after having a prior excellent experience with them. My plumber today, Doug, was extremely professional and personable. He explained the issue and helped me work through the solutions to find the best scenario for my situation. Absolutely fantastic service! Keith from jet set came and fixed our leak, was brilliant from start to finish. He had it sorted quickly with no fuss, was incredibly professional, friendly and clearly knew his stuff. Keith was super friendly with our toddler who was really intrigued and interested in what was going on, he took sometime to show him his tools and talk about what he was doing.

I would recommend this group - the first quote I was given for relining my pipes was $54k - yep !! Jetset did it for $20k

I called Jet Set Plumbing for my place in Varsity Lakes and Reece came. Reece was amazing. He went above and beyond. I called to just look at the downpipe but he inspected the sewage, the taps inside the house and provided a full comprehensive assessment - without me even asking. After everything he called much later to even check in to ensure everything was okay. I would recommend Jet Set Plumbing and Reece to everyone. Amazing customer service - the best.

After buying our first home, we had a wide variety of plumbing works needing to be done, and quickly. We saw the Jetset team and the overwhelmingly positive google reviews and went with the crowd. Boy are we glad we did.

This team has blown my socks off with how excellent their service and professionalism is. From start to finish, they provided clear and consise information about each job they completed, and did amazing work all the way along.

To top it off, we recieved a lovely little gift in the mail a month after all was completed, that we use every day.

Jetset plumbing upgraded my 18 year old failing hot water system. Liam was assigned the job of replacing the system. He was very professional, polite and kept me informed of his progress. His workmanship was excellent and he left the site clean and tidy. Prior to completing the job he explained the key maintenance tasks that I needed to do every six months to ensure the system functioned optimally.

How does a High Pressure Water Jetter work?

The High Pressure Water Jetter nozzle is inserted into an access point of the blocked drain, sewer, or downpipes and water is blasted at a pressure of 5000 PSI. The nozzle propels forward along the drain clearing the line of whatever is causing the blockage.

High Pressure Water Jetting used in conjunction with CCTV Drain Camera Inspection will provide you with not only an unblocked drain - but you will be able to determine the cause of the problem to ensure future blockages are avoided.

What could be causing the blockage in my drain?

Generally, blocked drain issues could be caused by such things as:
