The team led by Rhys replaced my entire stormwater system, installed an undersink hot water system (love this!), fixed leaking taps and then replaced the electrics from the green box to my home. Jack & Jacob have done an outstanding job on fixing the drainage around the majority of our house. The drainage issues have been a big concern for us and Jetset were the first people we called. Initially Doug talked us through a very comprehensive plan on how to fix our issues, and Jack & Jacob completed those plans to a great standard. Dealing with Doug, Jack and Jacob throughout the process has always been a pleasure.

Jack and Jacob were always on time and were always happy to stop and have a chat and answer all of our kids questions. We particularly appreciate the care and effort that was put into refurbishing the yard once the job had been completed. We had anticipated this job taking 4-5 days but Jack and Jacob completed it in 3 to a very high standard.

We have used Jetset multiple times now for both big and small jobs and we have never had anything but a great experience.

Had a three phase electric water heater breakdown and had no hot water which wouldn’t have bothered me but my Mother was just arriving, jet Plumbing were awesome Came out and checked it quickly and they moved things around, So they could fix it the very next morning which was fantastic.
Great service Matt wasvery knowledgeable found The Best products and also found the most economical way of doing it. I highly recommended would definitely use them again!

I had been quite concerned about a roof leak for some time, but after today’s inspection and temporary repair, I now have a much clearer understanding of the situation.
The technician (Matthew Pannuccio) took the time to explain everything thoroughly, both before and after the inspection — what the current issue is, how serious it is, and what steps may be required going forward.
Regardless of whether the problem itself is major or minor, having someone clearly explain what is happening and what needs to be done has given me great peace of mind.

I called Jetset Plumbing this morning about a blocked toilet I’d been having trouble with in my 3rd floor unit. By 2pm Keith had arrived, and 30mins later the problem was completely sorted, along with some helpful tips for what to do if I have any issues in future.

Keith was polite, professional, friendly and efficient. He even took his shoes off before coming inside without me asking, and was great with my overly friendly poodle 😂

I just had Jetset Plumbing complete some major work on my old 1950s home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Keith, Steve and Dustin were absolutely outstanding from start to finish.

The job was extensive — old terracotta pipes, ageing infrastructure and decades‑old issues — but the team handled everything with total professionalism. They used a relining method on the old terracotta sewer pipes, which meant no digging up concrete floors, no mess, and no need to replace huge sections of the original piping. The result was incredibly clean and efficient.

They also replaced all the old, corroded galvanised mains water plumbing throughout the house. It was a big job, but the boys made it look easy. They were super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step so I always understood exactly what was happening. Their communication and willingness to answer questions made a huge difference.

The quality of their work, the care they took, and the respect they showed for my home were genuinely impressive. They did such a great job that I’ve already booked them to come back next week for additional stormwater drainage work.

If you’re looking for tradesmen who are skilled, trustworthy, and genuinely great people, I can’t recommend Jetset Plumbing — and especially Keith, Steve and Dustin — highly enough. Outstanding service.
