I called Jet Set Plumbing for my place in Varsity Lakes and Reece came. Reece was amazing. He went above and beyond. I called to just look at the downpipe but he inspected the sewage, the taps inside the house and provided a full comprehensive assessment - without me even asking. After everything he called much later to even check in to ensure everything was okay. I would recommend Jet Set Plumbing and Reece to everyone. Amazing customer service - the best.

After buying our first home, we had a wide variety of plumbing works needing to be done, and quickly. We saw the Jetset team and the overwhelmingly positive google reviews and went with the crowd. Boy are we glad we did.

This team has blown my socks off with how excellent their service and professionalism is. From start to finish, they provided clear and consise information about each job they completed, and did amazing work all the way along.

To top it off, we recieved a lovely little gift in the mail a month after all was completed, that we use every day.

Jetset plumbing upgraded my 18 year old failing hot water system. Liam was assigned the job of replacing the system. He was very professional, polite and kept me informed of his progress. His workmanship was excellent and he left the site clean and tidy. Prior to completing the job he explained the key maintenance tasks that I needed to do every six months to ensure the system functioned optimally.

As a family we have been greatly impressed by the team at Jetset plumbing, they are professional, caring and go the extra mile, highly recommended is an understatement. After calling another company who quoted over $4000 for a drain fix we called Jetset plumbing for a comparison quote and were pleasantly surprised that their quote for the same work came in at less than a quarter of the cost which enabled us to get some other work done. Rhys spent the time to explain and talk through options providing us with a detailed quote at a great price. From the office crew to the plumbers Jetset plumbing make the whole process a stress less experience. One of our grandchildren was anxious about having people in the house they don’t know, and was disappointed that the plumbers name was not Mario( from Nintendo) the plumbers on the day Jack and Tye were great, they were respectful of his anxiety and very accomodating. We had a hiccup with the new taps that were installed and Rhys went the extra mile to sort out the problem arriving later as ‘Mario’ much to the delight of all the grand children. We were extremely impressed by the thoughtfulness, understanding and kindness shown by all the staff at Jetset who could not have been more helpful but in particular ‘Mario’. Thanks Rhys and Jetset for an outstanding experience.

On my morning commute, I spotted one of their vans and approached the driver. Even though I wasn’t a customer yet, he was incredibly polite and took the time to explain the complexities of what body corporate covers versus private repairs.When I called the office, the coordinator was equally polite and knowledgeable. She patiently guided me through my options without any high-pressure sales tactics.The plumber who completed the initial home visit thoroughly assessed the issues and provided a transparent, fixed-price quote. For our second scheduled visit, they tackled larger, more complex plumbing issues. They assessed, quoted, and resolved everything on-site the very same day.Throughout the process, the team was respectful, understanding, and treated me like family. Jetset's response to our problem was impressive. Kye turned up on time and made an immediate assessment with advice that repairs would be made the following morning at 7am. George arrived on time and effected the repairs in an efficient and tradesmanlike manner. George is a good communicator and provided details on the repairs. He was tidy in his work and left the worksite in a clean and tidy state.

Doug, Jacob and Dan have done an amazing job at my house and I'm extremely impressed. They have rebuilt my entire drainage system to provide better drainage and keep moisture out from under the building. New downpipes, new trenches, the works.
They originally quoted 3 days
but finished everything in 2. That doesn't mean they rushed it though, I suspect they give themselves extra time in case of problems which is smart.
If there are any problems they have been quick to resolve them (there were a few small ones) without any pushback or arguing.
They have been very thorough with an eye for the details and made sure I'm happy with the result. I'm confident the work they have done will last a long time.
Doug in particular spent a few hours with us assessing the whole house and building a plan to mitigate the water issues we have. I found him very patient, easy going and knowledgeable. He answered all questions we had and never pushed us to sign the contract. He gave us time to talk it over and I really appreciate that.
I will continue to use them for any storm water drainage, sewerage and hot water repairs in the future.

Matt from Jetset Plumbing was such a lovely guy and very good at his job. I had no idea there was such a big issue on my roof (only knew something was up when there was a sudden water leakage into the pantry after a downpour.) Matt was patient, took detailed photos of the roof issue and explained everything so I understood what was happening and what needed to be fixed. Then once it was done he showed me photos too of the work done. Now we've just had a big downpour, and no more leaks. Thank you Matt! I really recommend Matt and this company. It's great to know they are a family business and treat customers with respect and care.

Just had the team out installing a new hot water system. Great service as usual. Doug ran through the pros and cons of the hot water systems and gave very helpful information. Jacob came and installed new system and then Troy the electrician and his team mate came and completed the electrical works. After completion they ran through everything thoroughly.
