Reliable and honest

I would recommend this group - the first quote I was given for relining my pipes was $54k - yep !! Jetset did it for $20k

Same job done better and less than half the price

Definitely use Jetset
Fast and efficient service from Keith, would highly recommend
I called Jet Set Plumbing for my place in Varsity Lakes and Reece came. Reece was amazing. He went above and beyond. I called to just look at the downpipe but he inspected the sewage, the taps inside the house and provided a full comprehensive assessment - without me even asking. After everything he called much later to even check in to ensure everything was okay. I would recommend Jet Set Plumbing and Reece to everyone. Amazing customer service - the best.
After buying our first home, we had a wide variety of plumbing works needing to be done, and quickly. We saw the Jetset team and the overwhelmingly positive google reviews and went with the crowd. Boy are we glad we did.

This team has blown my socks off with how excellent their service and professionalism is. From start to finish, they provided clear and consise information about each job they completed, and did amazing work all the way along.

To top it off, we recieved a lovely little gift in the mail a month after all was completed, that we use every day.

Can't thank the team enough for their work and would encourage anyone to use Jetset in the future.
I’d like to thank Mitch of GC Jetset Plumbing for the excellent and meticulous workmanship, professionalism, prompt and on time service. Mitch showed willingness to share his knowledge and expertise for me to understand the job at hand and was up front and committed to his quote, start to finish. My weekend will be spent swanning past my bathroom to stare at my new toilet system and enjoy the peace of no running water , overflow or hissing 😂 Thank you Mitch and thank you Jetset Plumbing for your prompt service response.
I recently had Jetset Plumbing replace my hot water system, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Tom took the time to clearly (and kindly) explain the issues with my electrical system in a way that was easy to understand. The whole team was friendly, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend Jetset Plumbing, and a big thank you for the thoughtful surprise gift—it was such a lovely touch!
Jetset plumbing upgraded my 18 year old failing hot water system. Liam was assigned the job of replacing the system. He was very professional, polite and kept me informed of his progress. His workmanship was excellent and he left the site clean and tidy. Prior to completing the job he explained the key maintenance tasks that I needed to do every six months to ensure the system functioned optimally.
Windum (sorry if I spelt it wrong) and Tom were great, and exceptionally friendly. Got a pressure regulator on the main done, and a new hot water system. The job looks great and always kept a smile, even with all the questions I had. Give these lads a well deserved EKO~
Outstanding work from Jetset plumbing from start to finish couldn’t ask for better service, they were flawless Got a quote from Reece one day Then fixed by Dan the next day Just what you need these days. Absolutely legends Give them a call if you want your job done properly✅
A big pat on the back for a considerate helpful person Rhys who reached out to help jump-start our car which was blocking the road. He went out of his way and ensured we got home safely after starting car. Thanks Rhys we need people like you in this world.
Very professional plumber. Found the leak easily and fixed with ease. Went up and beyond to make sure I didn't run late for a appointment. Would recommend them to everyone
As a family we have been greatly impressed by the team at Jetset plumbing, they are professional, caring and go the extra mile, highly recommended is an understatement. After calling another company who quoted over $4000 for a drain fix we called Jetset plumbing for a comparison quote and were pleasantly surprised that their quote for the same work came in at less than a quarter of the cost which enabled us to get some other work done. Rhys spent the time to explain and talk through options providing us with a detailed quote at a great price. From the office crew to the plumbers Jetset plumbing make the whole process a stress less experience. One of our grandchildren was anxious about having people in the house they don’t know, and was disappointed that the plumbers name was not Mario( from Nintendo) the plumbers on the day Jack and Tye were great, they were respectful of his anxiety and very accomodating. We had a hiccup with the new taps that were installed and Rhys went the extra mile to sort out the problem arriving later as ‘Mario’ much to the delight of all the grand children. We were extremely impressed by the thoughtfulness, understanding and kindness shown by all the staff at Jetset who could not have been more helpful but in particular ‘Mario’. Thanks Rhys and Jetset for an outstanding experience.

What a Pre-Purchase Plumbing Inspection Covers

The inspection focuses on the plumbing and drainage systems that can be accessed and tested at the property. The exact scope depends on the building type, available access points, utilities being connected, occupancy and permission to operate fixtures or inspection equipment.

Drains and CCTV inspection

Where suitable access is available, a drain camera can help identify tree roots, cracks, breaks, displaced joints, obstructions and other visible defects inside sewer or stormwater pipes.

Water supply and pressure

We inspect visible supply components and assess water pressure or flow conditions that may indicate restrictions, excessive pressure or another concern requiring investigation.

Fixtures and internal plumbing

Accessible taps, mixers, toilets, cisterns, sinks, vanities, tubs and exposed pipework are checked for operation, leaks, corrosion and visible deterioration.

Hot water system

The accessible system is checked for visible condition, installation concerns, leakage, corrosion and identifying details such as type and approximate age where available.

Roof-water components

Visible gutters, downpipes and discharge points can be observed for condition and obvious concerns. This is not a roof-access, engineering or hydraulic-design certification.

Surface drainage

Accessible surface drains and visible water-management conditions are reviewed for obvious defects or areas that may benefit from further assessment.

Important: A pre-purchase plumbing inspection is a visual and functional assessment within the agreed scope. It cannot expose every concealed defect, guarantee future performance or replace specialist structural, electrical, pool, roofing, pest or legal advice.

Why Add a Plumbing Inspection?

A general building and pest inspection is important, but its plumbing component and testing methods can vary. It may not include a licensed plumber’s assessment, internal drain-camera footage, water-pressure testing or detailed examination of plumbing fixtures and hot water equipment.

Review the building inspector’s proposed scope first. A separate plumbing inspection can then address the areas not covered or investigate plumbing concerns already noted in the building report.

Potential finding Why it matters to a buyer
Roots, cracks or displaced drain joints May explain recurring blockages and indicate cleaning, repair or replacement should be considered.
High or low water pressure Can affect fixtures and appliances or point to a supply-side issue that needs further diagnosis.
Leaks or corrosion May require maintenance and can contribute to water damage if left unresolved.
Ageing hot water equipment Helps the buyer understand visible condition and plan for servicing or eventual replacement.
Poorly discharging roof or surface water May warrant further drainage or building assessment, particularly where water collects near structures.

How the Inspection Process Works

1. Confirm scope

We discuss the property, timing, access, known concerns and the testing required before the appointment.

2. Arrange access

The buyer or agent organises permission and access to the home, fixtures, hot water equipment and drain entry points.

3. Inspect and test

A licensed plumber completes the agreed visual checks, functional testing and camera inspection where accessible.

4. Review findings

You receive a written report describing observed defects, limitations and recommended plumbing follow-up.

Pre-Purchase Plumbing Inspection FAQs

When should I book the plumbing inspection?

Book as early as your contract and adviser allow. Confirm all due dates and access requirements with your conveyancer or solicitor; a plumber cannot advise on contractual deadlines.

Is plumbing included in a building and pest inspection?

Some basic plumbing observations may be included, but the scope varies. Specialist drain-camera work, pressure testing and a licensed plumber’s detailed assessment may be excluded. Check the inspector’s written scope.

Will you inspect the sewer and stormwater drains?

We can inspect suitable accessible drains with a CCTV camera when entry points are available and the pipe condition allows the camera to pass. Some sections may require cleaning or additional access first.

Does the inspection find concealed leaks?

It may identify signs that suggest a concealed leak, but inaccessible pipework cannot be viewed directly. Additional leak detection or invasive investigation may be recommended if the findings justify it.

Can you estimate repairs found during the inspection?

We can explain recommended plumbing work and, where enough information is available, prepare a separate repair proposal. Some defects require cleaning, access or further investigation before they can be accurately scoped.

What if the utilities are disconnected?

Water supply, fixtures and hot water operation cannot be fully tested when the required services are disconnected. The limitation will be recorded, and a return inspection may be needed.

Does the report guarantee there are no plumbing problems?

No inspection can guarantee that every current or future issue will be found. The report records conditions observed within the agreed scope, accessible areas and conditions on the inspection date.

Do you inspect apartments and townhouses?

Yes, subject to access and body-corporate boundaries. Common or shared services may be outside the lot and may require separate permission or records.

Do you cover all Brisbane suburbs?

We arrange pre-purchase plumbing inspections across Brisbane City and surrounding northside, southside, eastern and western suburbs, subject to availability and property access.
