Honestly, I am so impressed with this business. I like to support local when I can, so I called them during the Christmas holidays when our water pressure had gotten so bad, we couldn't even use the tap and shower at the same time. Firstly not only did they answer the phone over the holidays, but the professionalism on the call was surprising refreshing. They arranged the plumber to be on site the next day. The plumber (Chris) called 20 mins out, then arrived on time, was genuinely a good bloke, and then proceeded to just get it done. I can honestly recommend this company, and I have saved them on my phone for future use - I will not go to anyone else from now on.

We had the misfortune of a leaking tap, on a balcony in a block of units, on a Saturday night, so where to go to get fixed. We contacted Jetset Plumbing via the internet and Blake was able to attend our unit Sunday morning. Blake was a very pleasant, professional and well mannered young bloke. Can't recommend Jem and Steve highly enough. We've had continued problems with storm water drainage which culminated into something more serious just before Christmas. the team were very professional, considerate and efficient.
