Michael provided us with outstanding service. He detected our leak very quickly and rectified the situation. He noted that out toilet was also leaking and, being the original that came with the house, he suggested that we get a new one…good move! We made the decision then to also get a new one for our en suite. We didn’t stop there…..we asked about a new shower rose ✅ we asked about the sink in our kitchen ✅and he also discovered a leak in another tap outside ✅. Michael worked efficiently and cleanly….not leaving any mess at all!!! Wow! Michael loved having a chat and we felt very comfortable having him in our home. When I contacted the office about talking to Michael I was again impressed by the level of customer service. Jake was so helpful and nothing seemed like too much trouble. It’s not difficult to offer great customer service but how often does it not happen! I would highly recommend Jetset Plumbing and they have definitely now become our go to plumbing service. Well done!

I highly recommend Matty he worked on a Saturday and literally didn’t stop all day, until he had completed the job. He fitted new taps, installed a new toilet system and fitted a new hot water cylinder from scratch. He is super friendly and explained everything he was doing, he really went above and beyond. I am really happy with all work Matty has done he did an amazing job! Thank you :)

Big Thank you to Matty for coming out and sorting our excess water bill! Very big and messy job but Matty was smiling the whole time, was even able to trtrack down and show me how to fill in the forms needed for a council rebate!

I had a concealed leak underground below the concrete and Jetset Plumbing got it tested the first 24 hours and fixed the leak the next day. Unfortunately, the coaxial cable was accidentally cut because it was right below the concrete (15-20cm from the surface, it should be about 50cm). Jetset Plumber organised an electrician to fix it for me on the same day. Nice people to deal with, I would highly recommend them I had Chris and Nathan came to relocate gas and water pipes for my new deck. They initially had one of the pipe a bit too high for the beam, I discussed with them and I had it fixed straight away. Overall, they did a very good job. Thank you Chris and Nathan

Used Jetset on 2 separate occasions. 1. Clearing and repairing damage in pipes from tree roots growing. Stuart had very clear communication. Got the job done promptly and efficiently. 2. Replacing hot water system. Glen also had very clear communication. Got the job done quickly. Very happy with both plumbers. Would definitely recommend Jetset.
