Michael provided us with outstanding service. He detected our leak very quickly and rectified the situation. He noted that out toilet was also leaking and, being the original that came with the house, he suggested that we get a new one…good move! We made the decision then to also get a new one for our en suite. We didn’t stop there…..we asked about a new shower rose ✅ we asked about the sink in our kitchen ✅and he also discovered a leak in another tap outside ✅. Michael worked efficiently and cleanly….not leaving any mess at all!!! Wow! Michael loved having a chat and we felt very comfortable having him in our home. When I contacted the office about talking to Michael I was again impressed by the level of customer service. Jake was so helpful and nothing seemed like too much trouble. It’s not difficult to offer great customer service but how often does it not happen! I would highly recommend Jetset Plumbing and they have definitely now become our go to plumbing service. Well done!

Jet Set responded to my enquiry quickly and efficiently. They were professional and friendly and cost effective too. Rylee who came out to us was friendly and professional. He went above and beyond in helping us to get our hot water system fixed and even linked us with an excellent electrician. Highly recommend!

Jetset arrived quickly and communicated very well. They were extremely efficient and cleared a blockage that happened since the renovations were done 12 years ago. We had various other plumbers out about 5 times in the last 3 years since we moved in, and they cleared blockage but never found the cause of the blockage (gave us all sorts of reasons). I found Jetset to be upfront and honest , not trying to do a quick fix and they are certainly very thorough. Jem was also very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Many thanks Jetset.

We were very impressed by the quick response from Jetset Plumbing. The lady I spoke to from the office was extremely pleasant and informative. We had a toilet replaced and a leak repaired under the bathroom vanity. Rylee's workmanship was excellent and he cleaned up after completing the work. The price was very reasonable and we will definitely be using this 5 star service again.

I had a concealed leak underground below the concrete and Jetset Plumbing got it tested the first 24 hours and fixed the leak the next day. Unfortunately, the coaxial cable was accidentally cut because it was right below the concrete (15-20cm from the surface, it should be about 50cm). Jetset Plumber organised an electrician to fix it for me on the same day. Nice people to deal with, I would highly recommend them I had Chris and Nathan came to relocate gas and water pipes for my new deck. They initially had one of the pipe a bit too high for the beam, I discussed with them and I had it fixed straight away. Overall, they did a very good job. Thank you Chris and Nathan

Amazing and top-notch service throughout the entire time. We booked online and received a call within the next 20 minutes, and quite easily got confirmation for someone to come over at our most convenient time/day. Matt arrived on time and was quick to discover the issue with our pipe leakage, recommended a solution and fixed it all well and under an hour. He even inquired about any other issues we were experiencing, and provided simple resolutions for that too. He was clear about the pricing before he commenced work, and extremely professional with explaining the issue and what needed to be done. Payment could easily be done by eftpos and receipts were provided on the spot, as well as via email. Overall, super pleased with the experience and will recommend Matt and Jetset Plumbing. 5 Gold stars from us!
