We had the misfortune of a leaking tap, on a balcony in a block of units, on a Saturday night, so where to go to get fixed. We contacted Jetset Plumbing via the internet and Blake was able to attend our unit Sunday morning. Blake was a very pleasant, professional and well mannered young bloke. He kept in touch with us as he was travelling from another job. All fixed within 15 mins without any fuss. More than happy to recommend Jetset Plumbing at any time.

Gem and Jesse did a number of jobs for us today and solved issues that we have had itrouble with for a considerable time including blocked drains and water pressure. We have had plumbers here and still had ongoing problems that Jetset resolved in an afternoon. It was clear that a thorough assessment was done and professional work carried out. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

Honestly, I am so impressed with this business. I like to support local when I can, so I called them during the Christmas holidays when our water pressure had gotten so bad, we couldn't even use the tap and shower at the same time. Firstly not only did they answer the phone over the holidays, but the professionalism on the call was surprising refreshing. They arranged the plumber to be on site the next day. The plumber (Chris) called 20 mins out, then arrived on time, was genuinely a good bloke, and then proceeded to just get it done. I can honestly recommend this company, and I have saved them on my phone for future use - I will not go to anyone else from now on.

After being told by a booked Plumber they are unable to attend but were available on Monday this being Friday afternoon waiting a weekend was not an option. We rang Jetset and spoke to Nathan he was friendly while at the same time sounded very professional. When Blake and Riley turned up, wow what a tradesman Blake knew straight away what to do and best way to go about it giving a choice of a couple of ways of attending to our problem. It was an absolute pleasure to have Blake in our home he was very tidy, respectful, professional and instilled confidence right from the start.
