Honestly, I am so impressed with this business. I like to support local when I can, so I called them during the Christmas holidays when our water pressure had gotten so bad, we couldn't even use the tap and shower at the same time. Firstly not only did they answer the phone over the holidays, but the professionalism on the call was surprising refreshing. They arranged the plumber to be on site the next day. The plumber (Chris) called 20 mins out, then arrived on time, was genuinely a good bloke, and then proceeded to just get it done. I can honestly recommend this company, and I have saved them on my phone for future use - I will not go to anyone else from now on.
Glenn was excellent today, received notification he was on his way, arrived on time & identified the issue very quickly & explained the cost of the repairs prior to fixing & then fixed the issue vey promptly. very pleased with the service & the result. can highly recommend these guys & I will definitely use their services again thanks Jetset!
