Service was great all round, called the guys at Jetset (first time), organised a booking for the following day which was quick, with a 2 hour window, Matt was there at the start, got straight to work (blocked sewer main) found and advised me that the problem was tree roots and how he was going to fix it, fixed it, checked everything was flowing when we was finished, cleaned up and packed up, so easy. good friendly service from the phone call to the job done, will recommend these guys

Quick service from an initial phone call to a plumber (Michael) arriving. He had a challenging fix (very stuck tap) but had all tools and solutions at hand. Payment was easy with an iPad invoice. Little things such as dog treats, their world vision sponsored kids, and how the company cares for its employees did not go unnoticed. Later on we received a thoughtful note and gift thanking us for trusting in them. We are impressed with the whole experience JetSet plumbing provided and will highly recommend to others.

Glen was amazing. Very professional, approachable and courteous. While carrying out a repair job, Glenn assessed other fittings and found that our flexible hoses were rusty, deformed and on brink of failure. Needless to say, Glenn identified a major risk, and saved us from a catastrophic failure. Many thanks once again! We will definitely be recommending!

I would highly recommend this company for their professional and responsive service. The problem was found, fixed immediately and care was taken to ensure no mess was left. Jem also took time to look at the other taps and pipes in the house to make sure there were no other problems.

I can’t recommended Jetset Plumbing highly enough!! I called Jetset for a blocked drain, and lucky I did! They were able to immediately identify a much bigger problem that could have been a disaster, with all of the plumbing in our house needing to be replaced. The job was booked in within a week of finding the issue, which for such a large job I thought was really quick and efficient, and the price was pretty competitive too. Matt and the team were here today and I can’t stress enough how nice they all were, very polite, cleaned the entire site before they left, and left everything looking amazing. They kept me updated every step of the way, so I never wondered what was going on or where they were going when they went to get extra parts (as has happened with some other companies I’ve used). The work itself not only works perfectly but looks really schmick :) I am so grateful to the team, not just for the high quality of work but for their professionalism and being so great to work with. I will 100% be using them again and have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Jetset Plumbing came recommended to me for their service and quality of work. And they delivered. They were able to squeeze me into a saturday to fix my hot water system after a phone call the Friday evening before. Everyone i spoke to on the phone and Glen who attended the repairs were polite and professional. Glen went above and beyond what I expected of a plumber and nothing was too hard or difficult for him to do. I would highly recommend Glen and Jetset Plumbing to anyone!
