I have used Jetset Plumbing now on a few occasions, they are always very professional friendly and extremely eager to help. The staff are very respectful when they enter my home and are quick and always leave the area clean. I have called Jetset numerous times with an urgent matter, and they are quick to send someone out. Thank you very much team. (five stars are just not enough for this Business, they deserve 10)

Jetset Plumbing, Brisbane, is one of the smartest small companies I have seen. The customer focus, technically competent staff, use of latest technology and communications is an example for many business to strive to. By doing so you leave the old style thinking behind to wallow, and your customers will love it!
From the answering of the phone, by an intelligent receptionist who carefully listens, to the technician on-site the culture is impressive with everyone keen to provide quality service. They clearly enjoy working at Jetset and are a pleasure to deal with. Ben Taylor addressed the plumbing problems I had at home, and identified and fixed some others. He was first class and very competent. He even identified a potential electrical problem.
Jetset Plumbing is my goto for plumbing services.

I booked a job with Jetset a few days ago, which was completed today. The employee that they sent out was very punctual, polite, friendly and professional. I am very happy with they work that was done and would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service and excellent job. I needed a tap hot water hose installed and the tap tightened. Owen realised the issue fast and was able to fix the tap to work perfectly.

Hebbs took care of our plumbing job with no problems. We had a new kitchen mixer and sink to install which turned into a bigger job but he took care of it quickly. Jetset are great and super reliable. Would always recommend!

Thank you Matthew for awesome service and advice. Matt purchased and replaced new shower tapware set, install the shower rose we supplied and replaced our leaking Cistern which we had (unbeknown to me) he then conducted a CCTV inspection of our drainage system in the main bathroom advising the issues and recommendation on up keep of the maintenance of our drainage system. You were quick, very efficient and knowledgeable - and for a Saturday, it was so awesome. We now have peace of mind and I am so happy to have made contact - Thank you
